For the Wraps

  • 4 pita breads
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken strips and toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Cook the chicken Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 5–7 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden and fully cooked.
  3. Prepare the garlic yogurt sauce In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped dill or parsley, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  4. Warm the pita breads Heat the pita breads in a skillet or oven for 1–2 minutes until soft and warm.
  5. Assemble the wraps Spread a generous layer of garlic yogurt sauce inside each pita. Add grilled chicken strips.
  6. Add fresh toppings Top with shredded lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and feta cheese if desired.
