For the Grilled Chicken

For the Wraps
- 4 pita breads
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cucumber, diced
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken strips and toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Cook the chicken Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 5–7 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden and fully cooked.
- Prepare the garlic yogurt sauce In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped dill or parsley, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Warm the pita breads Heat the pita breads in a skillet or oven for 1–2 minutes until soft and warm.
- Assemble the wraps Spread a generous layer of garlic yogurt sauce inside each pita. Add grilled chicken strips.
- Add fresh toppings Top with shredded lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and feta cheese if desired.
- Serve Fold the pita wraps and garnish with fresh herbs and lemon wedges. Serve immediately.
