For the Chicken

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

For the Tzatziki Sauce

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cucumber, grated and drained
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

For the Wraps

  • 4 large pita breads or flatbreads
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • Optional: crumbled feta cheese, sliced cucumbers

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add chicken breasts and coat well. Marinate for at least 20 minutes.
  2. Grill the Chicken Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook chicken 5–6 minutes per side until fully cooked and slightly charred. Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
  3. Prepare the Tzatziki Sauce In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, dill, salt, and pepper. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  4. Assemble the Wraps Warm pita breads. Spread a generous spoonful of tzatziki sauce on each. Layer with grilled chicken, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and optional feta or cucumber slices. Roll tightly and serve immediately.
