For the Chicken
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
For the Tzatziki Sauce
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cucumber, grated and drained
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- Salt & pepper, to taste
For the Wraps
- 4 large pita breads or flatbreads
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- Optional: crumbled feta cheese, sliced cucumbers
Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add chicken breasts and coat well. Marinate for at least 20 minutes.
- Grill the Chicken Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook chicken 5–6 minutes per side until fully cooked and slightly charred. Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
- Prepare the Tzatziki Sauce In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, dill, salt, and pepper. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Assemble the Wraps Warm pita breads. Spread a generous spoonful of tzatziki sauce on each. Layer with grilled chicken, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and optional feta or cucumber slices. Roll tightly and serve immediately.
