Garlic Yogurt Sauce:

- Salt and pepper to taste
Toppings:
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced or diced
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
- Marinate the Shrimp: In a bowl, combine shrimp with olive oil, garlic, oregano, paprika, cumin, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Toss to coat and marinate for 15–20 minutes.
- Grill the Shrimp: Preheat a grill pan or outdoor grill over medium-high heat. Grill shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and slightly charred. Remove from heat.
- Prepare Garlic Yogurt Sauce: In a small bowl, mix all garlic yogurt sauce ingredients until smooth and creamy.
- Assemble Wraps: Warm pita breads slightly. Layer lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion on each pita. Add grilled shrimp, drizzle with garlic yogurt sauce, sprinkle with feta cheese. Fold into wraps and serve.
