Lemon Chicken:

Spicy Dill Feta Sauce:
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to heat preference)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1–2 tablespoons warm water (to thin as needed)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For Assembly:
- 4 soft pita breads
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup diced cucumber
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the Lemon Chicken – Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add chicken, lemon juice, lemon zest, oregano, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 5–7 minutes until golden and fully cooked. Remove from heat.
- Make the Spicy Dill Feta Sauce – Combine feta, Greek yogurt, dill, lemon juice, lemon zest, red pepper flakes, olive oil, and black pepper. Mix until smooth, gradually adding warm water for desired consistency.
- Warm the Pitas – Heat pita breads until soft and pliable.
- Assemble the Wraps – Spread spicy dill feta sauce inside each pita. Add lemon chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
- Serve – Fold the wraps tightly, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
