  • 4 large tortillas or flatbreads
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for warming)
  • Fillings:
  • Romaine lettuce (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup croutons (lightly crushed)
  • 1/4 cup shaved Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add chicken and marinate for 20–30 minutes.
  2. Cook the Chicken: Grill or cook in a skillet over medium-high heat for 5–7 minutes until golden and fully cooked. Let rest, then slice into strips.
  3. Make Caesar Dressing: In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic, Parmesan, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until creamy.
  4. Prepare the Wrap Filling: In a large bowl, toss chopped romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing and croutons.
