For the Chicken:

- 1 tbsp lemon juice

- 1/2 tsp black pepper

For the Caesar Dressing:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1–2 cloves garlic (grated)
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (halal version)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
For the Wraps:
- 4 large tortillas or flatbreads
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for warming)
- Fillings:
- Romaine lettuce (chopped)
- 1/2 cup croutons (lightly crushed)
- 1/4 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add chicken and marinate for 20–30 minutes.
- Cook the Chicken: Grill or cook in a skillet over medium-high heat for 5–7 minutes until golden and fully cooked. Let rest, then slice into strips.
- Make Caesar Dressing: In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic, Parmesan, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until creamy.
- Prepare the Wrap Filling: In a large bowl, toss chopped romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing and croutons.
- Warm the Wraps: Lightly heat tortillas in a pan until soft and pliable.
- Assemble the Wraps: Add grilled chicken to each wrap. Top with Caesar salad mixture and shaved Parmesan.
- Wrap & Serve: Fold tightly into wraps and serve immediately while fresh and crisp.
