For the marinade:
- 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp whole grain mustard
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and black pepper to taste
For the chicken:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Fresh parsley (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- Mix the marinade: In a bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, honey, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate the chicken: Place chicken breasts in a shallow dish or zip-top bag, pour the marinade over them, coat well, and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill: Preheat grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
- Grill the chicken: Remove chicken from marinade, grill for 6–7 minutes per side or until fully cooked, and internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
- Glaze the chicken: Brush with extra marinade during the last few minutes of grilling for added flavor (optional).
- Rest and serve: Remove from grill, let rest for 5 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
