Description

These Grilled Sausages are perfectly charred on the outside, juicy on the inside, and full of smoky, savory goodness. Serve them with mustard, sauerkraut, or fresh buns for the ultimate barbecue treat!


Ingredients

  • 6 sausages (bratwurst, Italian, or any choice)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt

 

  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Brush sausages with olive oil and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Grill for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley.

 

  • Serve with mustard, buns, or sauerkraut.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, grill with sliced onions and bell peppers.

 

  • Use a meat thermometer to ensure an internal temperature of 160°F.
