Instructions
- Marinate the Shrimp: In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic, lime juice, smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Marinate for 15–20 minutes.
- Preheat the Grill: Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Thread shrimp onto skewers if desired.
- Grill the Shrimp: Grill shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until pink, opaque, and lightly charred. Remove from heat.
- Prepare the Coulis: In a blender, combine mango, lime juice, honey, jalapeño, olive oil, and salt. Blend until smooth. Adjust sweetness or heat as needed.
