  • 2 cans (5 oz each) tuna in water, drained
  • 1 crisp apple, diced (red or green)
  • 1/2 cup seedless grapes, halved
  • 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp red onion, finely minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

For the Healthy Dressing:

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Prepare the Dressing
    In a medium bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, honey, salt, and black pepper until smooth and creamy.
  2. Step 2: Combine the Salad
    In a large bowl, add drained tuna and gently flake with a fork. Add diced apple, halved grapes, celery, red onion, walnuts, and parsley. Pour the dressing over the mixture and gently fold until evenly coated.
