Ingredients

1 package refrigerated pizza dough (or homemade dough)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup pizza sauce

1/2 cup diced pepperoni (or substitute sausage, mushrooms, bell peppers, etc.)

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1 large egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

Preheat Oven:
Set oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or light grease. -
Prepare Dough:
Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface. Cut into 6–8 rectangles or circles. -

Seal Pockets:
Fold dough over to form pockets. Seal edges and crimp with a fork. -
