- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss carrots with olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway.
