For the Brown Rice Stack:
- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- 1 ripe avocado, diced

- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine olive oil, honey, lime juice and zest, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Toss chicken slices in the mixture and let sit for 10–15 minutes.
- Cook the Chicken: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken slices for 5–7 minutes until golden and fully cooked.
- Assemble the Stack: Divide cooked brown rice into bowls. Layer with cooked chicken, diced avocado, shredded carrots, and cherry tomatoes.
- Finish & Serve: Sprinkle chopped cilantro over the stack. Drizzle with any remaining honey lime sauce and serve with lime wedges.
