- 1 ripe avocado, diced
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions
- Prepare the Honey Lime Chicken: In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, lime zest, lime juice, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss diced chicken to coat.

- Prepare the Rice Stack: Stir lime juice and salt into warm cooked rice.
- Make the Pineapple Avocado Layer: In a separate bowl, gently toss together pineapple, avocado, lime juice, and cilantro.
- Assemble the Dish: Press rice into a bowl or mold, top with honey lime chicken, and finish with the pineapple avocado mixture.
