- 1 cup white rice
- 4 cups water
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 cups milk (or almond milk for dairy-free)
- Ice cubes for serving
Instructions
- Rinse rice and soak in 4 cups of water with the cinnamon stick overnight.
- Blend the rice mixture until smooth, then strain through a fine mesh sieve.
- Stir in vanilla, sugar, and milk. Refrigerate until chilled.
- Serve over ice and sprinkle with cinnamon

- Adjust sugar to taste.
- For a richer version, use condensed milk.
