Description

This chicken rice bowl with yum yum sauce is packed with vibrant veggies, juicy grilled chicken, and a creamy, tangy sauce. A perfect high-protein, balanced meal!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice (white or brown)

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cubed

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 cup diced bell peppers

  • 1/2 cup cucumbers, diced

 

  • 1/2 cup carrots, shredded


Instructions

  • Cook chicken in a skillet with soy sauce and oil until golden.

  • Mix all yum yum sauce ingredients until smooth.
