  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

For assembling:

  • 4 flatbreads or naan
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

For the garlic hot honey feta cream:

  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 12 tsp hot sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

For the cucumber salad:

  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ground beef: Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté onion and garlic. Add ground beef, spices, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned.
  2. Make the garlic hot honey feta cream: Mix feta, Greek yogurt, honey, hot sauce, garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil until smooth.
  3. Prepare the cucumber salad: Combine cucumber, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and dill in a bowl.
  4. Assemble the dish: Warm flatbreads, spread feta cream, add ground beef, cucumber salad, tomatoes, red onion, and parsley.
  5. Serve: Enjoy the flatbreads immediately.
