For the ground beef:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and black pepper to taste
For assembling:
- 4 flatbreads or naan
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
For the garlic hot honey feta cream:
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1–2 tsp hot sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 tbsp olive oil
For the cucumber salad:
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
Instructions
- Prepare the ground beef: Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté onion and garlic. Add ground beef, spices, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned.
- Make the garlic hot honey feta cream: Mix feta, Greek yogurt, honey, hot sauce, garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil until smooth.
- Prepare the cucumber salad: Combine cucumber, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and dill in a bowl.
- Assemble the dish: Warm flatbreads, spread feta cream, add ground beef, cucumber salad, tomatoes, red onion, and parsley.
- Serve: Enjoy the flatbreads immediately.
