  • 1 tbsp sesame oil or olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt

For the Sauce

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey or brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef strips and cook for 3–4 minutes until browned.
  2. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.

  4. Pour the sauce over the beef. Cook for 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the beef.
