For the Ground Beef:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

For the Flatbread:

  • 4 flatbreads or naan
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup cucumber, diced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

For the Lemon Hot Honey Feta Cream:

  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.

  3. Add ground beef, paprika, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 6–8 minutes.

  5. Whip together feta, Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, and hot sauce in a small bowl until smooth.
  6. Warm flatbreads slightly in the oven.
  7. Spread a layer of lemon hot honey feta cream over each flatbread. Top with cooked ground beef, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and parsley.
