Ground Beef Mixture:

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin

- Salt and black pepper to taste
Additional Ingredients:
- 4 flatbreads or naan
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup cucumber, diced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Lemon Hot Honey Feta Cream:
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Sauté onions and garlic: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
- Cook ground beef: Add ground beef, paprika, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 6–8 minutes.
- Prepare feta cream: Whip together feta, Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, and hot sauce in a small bowl until smooth.
- Warm flatbreads: Warm flatbreads slightly in the oven.
- Assemble: Spread a layer of lemon hot honey feta cream over each flatbread. Top with cooked ground beef, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and parsley.
- Serve: Serve immediately while warm.
