Additional Ingredients:

  • 4 flatbreads or naan
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup cucumber, diced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Lemon Hot Honey Feta Cream:

  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Sauté onions and garlic: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
  3. Cook ground beef: Add ground beef, paprika, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 6–8 minutes.
  4. Prepare feta cream: Whip together feta, Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, and hot sauce in a small bowl until smooth.
  5. Warm flatbreads: Warm flatbreads slightly in the oven.
  6. Assemble: Spread a layer of lemon hot honey feta cream over each flatbread. Top with cooked ground beef, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and parsley.
