- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
- Cook Orzo: Cook orzo according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
