Orzo:

Garlic Whipped Feta:
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill or parsley
- 2–3 tablespoons water (to thin if needed)
Instructions
- Cook the Orzo – Heat olive oil in a medium saucepan, toast orzo, add chicken broth, simmer until tender. Season with salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Prepare the Lemon Garlic Chicken – Mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, zest, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat chicken in the marinade.
- Cook the Chicken – Sear marinated chicken until golden and cooked through.
- Make the Garlic Whipped Feta – Blend feta, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, honey, and herbs until smooth. Thin with water if needed.
