Garlic Whipped Feta:

  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill or parsley
  • 23 tablespoons water (to thin if needed)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Orzo – Heat olive oil in a medium saucepan, toast orzo, add chicken broth, simmer until tender. Season with salt, pepper, and parsley.
  2. Prepare the Lemon Garlic Chicken – Mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, zest, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat chicken in the marinade.
  3. Cook the Chicken – Sear marinated chicken until golden and cooked through.
