  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

For Topping & Garnish:

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Optional: lemon wedges

Instructions

  1. Cook the Orzo: Bring chicken broth to a boil in a medium saucepan. Add orzo and cook until al dente (about 8–10 minutes). Drain any excess liquid and stir in olive oil and salt.
  2. Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken slices, garlic, oregano, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Cook 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Make Garlic Whipped Feta: In a small bowl, combine crumbled feta, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Whip with a fork or small whisk until creamy.
  4. Assemble the Bowl: Place cooked orzo in serving bowls, top with sliced chicken, and dollop garlic whipped feta on top. Garnish with chopped parsley and optional lemon wedges.
