  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley

Sausage Patties:

  • 4 breakfast sausage patties

Home Fries:

  • 2 cups diced baby potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley

Toast:

  • 2 slices bread
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Cook the Crispy Home Fries: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced potatoes, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook 12–15 minutes until golden and crispy.
  2. Cook the Sausage Patties: In another skillet, cook sausage patties over medium heat for 4–5 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.
  3. Make the Veggie Omelette: Beat eggs with salt and pepper. Sauté onions and mushrooms, then pour in eggs, add tomatoes and cheese, and fold once set.
  4. Toast the Bread: Toast bread slices until golden brown and spread with butter.
  5. Plate & Serve: Arrange omelette, sausage patties, home fries, cherry tomatoes, and toast on a plate. Enjoy your loaded breakfast plate!
