- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
Toast:
- 2 slices bread
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Cook the Crispy Home Fries: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced potatoes, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook 12–15 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Cook the Sausage Patties: In another skillet, cook sausage patties over medium heat for 4–5 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.
- Make the Veggie Omelette: Beat eggs with salt and pepper. Sauté onions and mushrooms, then pour in eggs, add tomatoes and cheese, and fold once set.
- Toast the Bread: Toast bread slices until golden brown and spread with butter.
