  • Zest of 1/2 orange (optional)

For the Pita Chips

  • 4 pita breads
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • Sliced cucumber
  • Roasted red peppers

  • Fresh grapes

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Prepare the Hot Honey Feta Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the feta in a baking dish, drizzle with olive oil and hot honey, sprinkle with red pepper flakes, thyme, and lemon zest. Bake until slightly softened. Broil for a golden top.
  2. Step 2: Marinate the Olives Combine olives, olive oil, vinegar, garlic, oregano, chili flakes, and orange zest. Let sit to develop flavors.
  3. Step 3: Make the Pita Chips Cut pita into triangles, toss with oil, garlic powder, oregano, and salt. Bake until crispy.
  4. Step 4: Assemble the Board Place hot honey feta in the center, add marinated olives. Arrange pita chips, tomatoes, cucumber, peppers, hummus, grapes, and nuts. Drizzle extra hot honey before serving.
