- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions
- Step 1: Prepare the Hot Honey Feta Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the feta in a baking dish, drizzle with olive oil and hot honey, sprinkle with red pepper flakes, thyme, and lemon zest. Bake until slightly softened. Broil for a golden top.
- Step 2: Marinate the Olives Combine olives, olive oil, vinegar, garlic, oregano, chili flakes, and orange zest. Let sit to develop flavors.
- Step 3: Make the Pita Chips Cut pita into triangles, toss with oil, garlic powder, oregano, and salt. Bake until crispy.
- Step 4: Assemble the Board Place hot honey feta in the center, add marinated olives. Arrange pita chips, tomatoes, cucumber, peppers, hummus, grapes, and nuts. Drizzle extra hot honey before serving.
