Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

For the Filling:

  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold

Topping:

  • 1/2 cup whipped cream (for garnish)

  • Crushed graham cracker crumbs (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan. Chill for 20 minutes.

  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add marshmallow fluff, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Beat until fluffy.

  3. Whip the cold heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the marshmallow-cream cheese mixture.

  4. Pour filling over the crust. Smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.

  5. Garnish with whipped cream and crushed graham crackers before serving.
