Burrata Cheese:
- 2 balls burrata cheese
Vegetables and Fruits:
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
- 1/2 cup marinated artichoke hearts
- 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
- 1/3 cup mixed olives (Kalamata & green)
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 cup fresh arugula
Additional Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
- 1/4 cup toasted nuts (pine nuts or walnuts)
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 baguette or crusty bread, sliced and toasted
Instructions
- Place Burrata: Arrange the burrata cheese balls in the center of a large serving board or platter.
- Arrange Vegetables: Surround the burrata with cherry tomatoes, roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts, cucumber slices, and mixed olives in separate sections.
- Add Herbs and Nuts: Scatter fresh basil leaves, arugula, and toasted nuts across the board.
- Drizzle with Dressings: Drizzle olive oil over the ingredients, then generously drizzle balsamic glaze on top.
- Season and Serve: Season with salt, black pepper, and chili flakes if desired. Serve with toasted baguette slices.
