Burrata Cheese:

  • 2 balls burrata cheese

Vegetables and Fruits:

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
  • 1/2 cup marinated artichoke hearts
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 1/3 cup mixed olives (Kalamata & green)
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1/4 cup fresh arugula

Additional Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
  • 1/4 cup toasted nuts (pine nuts or walnuts)
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 baguette or crusty bread, sliced and toasted

Instructions

  1. Place Burrata: Arrange the burrata cheese balls in the center of a large serving board or platter.
  2. Arrange Vegetables: Surround the burrata with cherry tomatoes, roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts, cucumber slices, and mixed olives in separate sections.
  3. Add Herbs and Nuts: Scatter fresh basil leaves, arugula, and toasted nuts across the board.
  4. Drizzle with Dressings: Drizzle olive oil over the ingredients, then generously drizzle balsamic glaze on top.
  5. Season and Serve: Season with salt, black pepper, and chili flakes if desired. Serve with toasted baguette slices.
