Turkey Filling:
- 1 lb (450g) ground turkey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
Hot Honey Feta Cream:
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp chili flakes (adjust for spice)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Assembly:
- 4 large flatbreads or tortillas
- Sliced cucumber
- Sliced tomato
- Red onion slices
- Fresh greens (lettuce, arugula, or spinach)
Instructions
- Cook the turkey: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; sauté until fragrant. Add ground turkey and cook until browned. Stir in spices, salt, pepper, tomato paste, and broth; simmer until thickened. Stir in parsley and mint.
- Make the hot honey feta cream: Combine feta, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, chili flakes, and lemon juice; whip until smooth.
- Assemble the wraps: Spread hot honey feta cream on each flatbread. Add turkey mixture, cucumber, tomato, onion, and greens. Roll tightly and slice in half.
- Serve: Enjoy immediately or wrap for a convenient meal on-the-go.
