  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

For the Garlic Hot Honey Feta Sauce:

  • 3/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

For the Wrap:

  • 4 large Mediterranean flatbreads or wraps
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the Halloumi: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced halloumi and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy. Sprinkle paprika, oregano, and black pepper over the cheese while cooking. Finish with fresh lemon juice.
  2. Make the Garlic Hot Honey Feta Sauce: In a bowl, combine feta cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, chili flakes, lemon juice, minced garlic, and olive oil. Blend or whisk until smooth and creamy.
  3. Warm the Wraps: Warm the flatbreads in a skillet or oven at 350°F (175°C) for 2–3 minutes until soft and flexible.
  4. Assemble the Wraps: Spread a generous layer of garlic hot honey feta sauce over each wrap. Add the crispy halloumi slices, shredded lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
