For the Wrap

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup water

  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Spring onion stalks (green part only)

Instructions

  1. Sauté Aromatics: In a frying pan, heat 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent. Add the shredded cabbage, grated carrot, and diced bell peppers. Cook until tender.
  2. Prepare Filling: Add the shredded chicken, soy sauce, and salt. Cook until well combined. Set aside to cool.
  3. Make Wraps: Combine flour, salt, and sugar. Gradually add water to form a smooth batter. Cook thin crepe-like wraps in a greased skillet.
