For the Wrap

- 1/3 cup water

- Spring onion stalks (green part only)
Instructions
- Sauté Aromatics: In a frying pan, heat 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent. Add the shredded cabbage, grated carrot, and diced bell peppers. Cook until tender.
