Instructions

Preheat Oven:
Preheat to 375°F (190°C). -
Cook Filling:
In a skillet, heat olive oil. Sauté onions, bell pepper, and beef until fully cooked. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Let cool slightly. -
Assemble Stromboli:
Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle. Spread beef mixture and mozzarella evenly over the dough, leaving a border. -
Roll & Seal:
