Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef steak, thinly sliced

  • 1 onion, sliced

  • 1 bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 package pizza dough

  • 1 egg, beaten


Instructions

  • Preheat Oven:
    Preheat to 375°F (190°C).

  • Cook Filling:
    In a skillet, heat olive oil. Sauté onions, bell pepper, and beef until fully cooked. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Let cool slightly.

  • Assemble Stromboli:
    Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle. Spread beef mixture and mozzarella evenly over the dough, leaving a border.

  • Roll & Seal:
    Roll up tightly into a log, pinching the edges to seal. Place seam-side down on a baking sheet. Brush with beaten egg.

  • Bake:
    Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
