  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

For the Pita:

  • 4 large pita breads
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
