  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

For the Spicy Lemon Honey Feta Cream

  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

For the Wraps

  • 4 large pita breads or flatbreads
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta (optional topping)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground chicken – Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  2. Season and brown the chicken – Add ground chicken to the skillet, cook for 6–8 minutes until browned.
  3. Add Mediterranean spices – Stir in paprika, oregano, cumin, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Finish with lemon – Add lemon juice, mix well, and set aside.
  5. Prepare the spicy feta cream – Combine all cream ingredients in a bowl and mix until creamy.
  6. Warm the bread – Heat pita or flatbread in a skillet or oven until warm.
  7. Assemble the wraps – Spread cream on each wrap, add chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, and onion.
  8. Finish and serve – Top with extra feta and parsley, fold wraps, and serve.
