Description

These no-bake marshmallow squares are light, fluffy, and packed with colorful mini marshmallows in a sweet, creamy base with a crunchy graham cracker crust


Ingredients

For the crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

For the filling:

 

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows (colorful or white)

Instructions

  • Prepare crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into a pan. Chill.
  • Make filling: Whip heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla until fluffy. Fold in marshmallows.
  • Assemble: Spread the filling over the crust and refrigerate for 2 hours.

 

  • Slice & serve.

  • Add crushed nuts or chocolate chips for extra texture.
