For the crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
For the filling:
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups mini marshmallows (colorful or white)
Instructions
- Prepare crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into a pan. Chill.
- Make filling: Whip heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla until fluffy. Fold in marshmallows.
- Assemble: Spread the filling over the crust and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Slice & serve.
