Ingredients

    • 2 ripe bananas, sliced

  • Optional toppings:

    • Whipped cream

    • Crushed graham crackers

Instructions

  • Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl until it resembles wet sand.

  • Spoon the mixture evenly into 6 ramekins or muffin liners. Press firmly to form a crust and refrigerate.

  • In a medium bowl, whisk banana pudding mix with cold milk until thickened (about 2 minutes). Set aside.

  • In another bowl, beat heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Fold half into the pudding.

  • Add banana slices on each crust and fill with banana pudding mixture.
