Ingredients

Crust:

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

  • 1/2 cup melted butter

  • 2 tbsp sugar

Strawberry Layer (Bottom & Middle):

  • 1 1/2 cups sliced fresh strawberries

Cream Layer:

  • 2 blocks (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 2 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream

Toppings:

  • Whipped cream

  • More sliced strawberries

  • Graham crumble (reserved from crust)

  • Caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)

  • Mint leaves (optional for garnish)


Instructions

  • Crust:
    Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press firmly into the base of a springform pan. Freeze for 15–20 minutes to set.

  • Cream Filling:
    Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks. Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth and fluffy.

  • Layer:
    Pour half of the cream mixture over the crust and smooth. Arrange a single layer of sliced strawberries on top. Spread the remaining cream mixture over the strawberries and smooth the top evenly.

  • Chill:
    Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight for best results.

  • Top & Serve:
    Just before serving, pipe whipped cream on top, arrange fresh strawberry slices, sprinkle with extra graham crumbs, and drizzle generously with caramel sauce. Add mint leaves for a fresh finishing touch.
