Instructions

Crust:
Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press firmly into the base of a springform pan. Freeze for 15–20 minutes to set. -
Cream Filling:
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks. Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth and fluffy. -
Layer:
Pour half of the cream mixture over the crust and smooth. Arrange a single layer of sliced strawberries on top. Spread the remaining cream mixture over the strawberries and smooth the top evenly. -
