Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

3 garlic cloves, minced

2 cups chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

8 oz egg noodles

3 tbsp butter

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions

Cook the Chicken:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Cook for 5–6 minutes per side, until golden and fully cooked (internal temp 165°F/74°C). Remove and set aside. -
Prepare the Noodles:
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
Add egg noodles, cover the skillet, and cook for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until noodles are tender. -
Combine Ingredients:
Stir in butter and grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is creamy.
Return chicken to the skillet to warm through. -
Serve:
Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm.
