Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 1 shallot, finely chopped

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 cup cooked pasta (penne, rotini, or your choice)

  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)


Instructions

  • Toss chicken pieces with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika. Dredge in flour until fully coated.

  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until golden and fully cooked, about 6–8 minutes. Set aside.

  • In the same skillet, melt butter. Sauté shallot and garlic for about 2 minutes until fragrant.

  • Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat and stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth.

  • Add cooked pasta and chicken back into the skillet. Toss gently to coat in sauce.

  • Stir in parsley if using. Serve hot and enjoy!
