1 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your preferred cake pan or muffin tin.

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, ground ginger, and salt.

In a separate bowl, mix eggs, honey, vegetable oil, orange juice, and orange zest.

Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined—do not overmix.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
