For the Chicken:

1 egg, beaten

For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:

2 tablespoons butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Prepare the Chicken:
Flatten chicken breasts to even thickness. In one shallow dish, combine flour, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. In another dish, beat the egg. -
Coat and Cook:
Dip chicken in egg, then dredge in flour-Parmesan mixture. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and keep warm. -
Make the Sauce:
In the same skillet, melt butter. Sauté garlic for 1 minute. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually whisk in cream, simmer until thickened. Stir in Parmesan and season with salt and pepper. -
Serve:
Spoon creamy garlic sauce over chicken. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
