Ingredients

  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Arrange cut side down on a baking sheet. Roast for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
