Instructions
-
Preheat Oven:

Cream the Base:
In a large bowl, cream together butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy (3–4 minutes). -
Add Eggs & Vanilla:
Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract until well combined (1 minute). -
Mix Dry Ingredients:
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined. -

Stir in oats, chocolate chips, M&Ms, and peanut butter chips by hand until evenly distributed. -
Scoop & Bake:
Scoop 2-tablespoon portions of dough and place on prepared baking sheets, spacing about 2 inches apart. Press a few extra M&Ms on top for a bakery-style look. -
Bake:
Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are golden but centers are still soft. Let cool on the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks.
Notes
These cookies stay soft for days and freeze beautifully. You can substitute peanut butter with almond or sunflower seed butter for allergy-friendly variations.
