- 2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Caramel sauce and whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- Mix cookie crumbs with melted butter and press into a cake pan. Chill.
- Beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- In another bowl, mix cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Fold in whipped cream.
- Pour mousse over the crust and chill for 4 hours.
- Drizzle caramel and garnish with whipped cream before serving.
