This pear and blue cheese flatbread is a sweet and savory delight, featuring crisp pears, tangy blue cheese, and crunchy walnuts on a golden crust.


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 pre-made flatbread crust
  • 1 ripe pear, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp honey

 

  • Fresh arugula for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Brush flatbread with olive oil and top with pear slices.
  • Sprinkle blue cheese and walnuts evenly over the top.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese melts and crust is crisp.

 

  • Drizzle with honey and top with arugula before serving.

Notes

Swap blue cheese for goat cheese if preferred.
