- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour

For the Raspberry Chili Honey Glaze:
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp raspberry preserves
- 1/4 tsp red chili flakes (adjust to taste)
Optional Garnish:
- Fresh thyme or mint leaves
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Set oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prep Brie: Lightly dust Brie cubes with flour. Dip each cube into beaten egg, then coat with a mixture of panko breadcrumbs and chopped pecans. Press gently to adhere.
- Bake: Place coated Brie cubes on the prepared baking sheet and bake 8–10 minutes until golden and slightly melted inside. Remove and let cool 1–2 minutes.
- Make glaze: In a small saucepan over low heat, combine honey, raspberry preserves, and red chili flakes. Stir until smooth and warmed through.
