Description

Take your lasagna game to the next level with this over-the-top Pepperoni Lasagna Cake! Layers of pasta, rich meat sauce, gooey cheese, and spicy pepperoni come together in a fun, cake-like form that’s perfect for parties and pizza lovers alike.


Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles, cooked

  • 1 lb ground beef or sausage

  • 2 cups marinara sauce

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan

  • 2 cups sliced pepperoni

  • 1 egg


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • Brown meat in a skillet, add marinara and Italian seasoning. Simmer 5 minutes.

  • In a bowl, mix ricotta, egg, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.

  • In a springform pan, layer noodles, ricotta mixture, meat sauce, mozzarella, and pepperoni. Repeat layers 2–3 times.

  • Top with extra mozzarella and pepperoni.

 

  • Bake for 30–35 minutes until bubbly and golden. Let rest 10 minutes before slicing.

Notes

  • Use oven-ready noodles for quicker prep.
