Ingredients

9 lasagna noodles, cooked

1 lb ground beef or sausage

2 cups marinara sauce

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese

2 cups shredded mozzarella

1/2 cup grated Parmesan

2 cups sliced pepperoni

1 egg

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Brown meat in a skillet, add marinara and Italian seasoning. Simmer 5 minutes.

In a bowl, mix ricotta, egg, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.

In a springform pan, layer noodles, ricotta mixture, meat sauce, mozzarella, and pepperoni. Repeat layers 2–3 times.

Top with extra mozzarella and pepperoni.

Bake for 30–35 minutes until bubbly and golden. Let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
