Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized cubes

  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped

  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped

  • 1 small red onion, sliced

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks

  • Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste

  • Aluminum foil

For the Pineapple Glaze:

  • 1/3 cup pineapple juice

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger


Instructions

  • In a small saucepan, combine pineapple juice, soy sauce, honey, and grated ginger. Simmer for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.

  • In a large bowl, toss steak cubes, chopped bell peppers, onion slices, and pineapple chunks with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and half of the pineapple glaze.

  • Divide the mixture evenly among 4 large sheets of aluminum foil. Fold into sealed packs.

  • Grill over medium heat for 12–15 minutes, turning once, until steak is cooked to your preference and vegetables are tender.

  • Carefully open the foil packs and drizzle with the remaining pineapple glaze before serving.
