Ingredients

1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized cubes

1 red bell pepper, chopped

1 green bell pepper, chopped

1 small red onion, sliced

1 cup fresh pineapple chunks

Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste

Aluminum foil
For the Pineapple Glaze:

1/3 cup pineapple juice

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon grated ginger
Instructions

In a small saucepan, combine pineapple juice, soy sauce, honey, and grated ginger. Simmer for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.

In a large bowl, toss steak cubes, chopped bell peppers, onion slices, and pineapple chunks with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and half of the pineapple glaze.

Divide the mixture evenly among 4 large sheets of aluminum foil. Fold into sealed packs.

Grill over medium heat for 12–15 minutes, turning once, until steak is cooked to your preference and vegetables are tender.
