Description

This pineapple pecan drip cake is a tropical dream layered with juicy pineapple chunks, buttery pecans, and soaked in a rich cream glaze that melts through every bite.


Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix

  • 1 can crushed pineapple (drained)

  • 1 cup chopped pecans

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 stick butter

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

 

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

  • Bake the cake as per box instructions, then poke holes all over the top.

  • In a saucepan, melt butter, then mix in condensed milk and vanilla.

  • Pour mixture over the warm cake.

  • Top with pineapple and chopped pecans.

 

  • Drizzle with glaze made from powdered sugar and a splash of milk.
