Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 cup pistachio pudding mix

1/4 cup chopped pistachios

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Combine flour, sugar, butter, vanilla, and salt to form a dough.

Press half into a baking dish.

Mix in pudding mix with remaining dough and crumble on top.
