Description

These pistachio crumble bars are nutty, buttery, and melt-in-your-mouth soft — a layered dessert with a punch of green and a sweet, creamy finish.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened

  • 1/4 cup pistachio pudding mix

  • 1/4 cup chopped pistachios

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

 

  • Pinch of salt


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • Combine flour, sugar, butter, vanilla, and salt to form a dough.

  • Press half into a baking dish.

  • Mix in pudding mix with remaining dough and crumble on top.

 

  • Bake 20–25 mins until golden.
