  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Coating – In a bowl, combine the chopped pistachios, panko breadcrumbs, oregano, black pepper, and chili flakes.
  2. Set Up the Breading Station – Place flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and the pistachio breadcrumb mixture in a third bowl.
  3. Coat the Feta – Pat the feta pieces dry. Dredge each piece in flour, dip into the beaten eggs, then press firmly into the pistachio breadcrumb mixture to coat evenly.
  4. Heat the Oil – Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
