- 2 eggs, beaten

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)

- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest

Instructions
- Prepare the Coating – In a bowl, combine the chopped pistachios, panko breadcrumbs, oregano, black pepper, and chili flakes.
