Ingredients
Flatbreads:
- 2 flatbreads (store-bought or homemade)

- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 large apple, thinly sliced

- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp honey

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Roast the apples: In a skillet, melt butter with olive oil over medium heat. Add apple slices, sprinkle with cinnamon and a pinch of salt, and sauté for 5–7 minutes until tender and slightly caramelized. Set aside.
- Toast walnuts:
On a baking sheet, toast walnuts in the oven for 5 minutes until fragrant.
- Prepare flatbreads:
Place flatbreads on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 5–7 minutes until crisp.
- Assemble flatbreads:
Spread a generous layer of ricotta cheese over each crispy flatbread. Top with roasted apples and toasted walnuts.
- Make hot honey drizzle:
Warm honey slightly in a small saucepan, stir in cayenne pepper if desired. Drizzle over flatbreads.
